Welcome to ENSEMBLE - The Mining Diversity Network.
ENSEMBLE is a meeting place for professionals interested in working together to advance equity, diversity and inclusion in Canada's mining industry. Members include mining human resource, diversity and recruiting professionals as well as a range of mining company employees, union representatives, educators, Indigenous groups and organizations serving diverse communities such as youth, newcomers, persons with disabilities, Indigenous peoples, racialized persons, and women. Through the power of networking, collaboration and innovation, ENSEMBLE members support the industry to identify and address barriers to full and equitable participation in the mining workplace.
We encourage all ENSEMBLE members, whether new or seasoned, to upload your photo, complete your profile and participate! Members can connect with one another using a shared calendar, discussion forums, member profiles, photo gallery, file storage and more.
